Streamlined User Experience for Seamless Real Estate Transactions
Our user journey begins with our user-friendly website, where potential clients encounter the two main programs: Keller Offers and Concierge (encompassing Ready to Sell and Ready to Stay). Both programs seamlessly redirect users to dedicated pages showcasing the comprehensive benefits of utilizing Keller Williams’ iBuyer platform. Prominent call-to-action buttons encourage homeowners to register with iBuyer and list their properties, connecting them with qualified agents to address their selling, buying, or home improvement needs. Additionally, a dedicated button on the main menu enables real estate agents to seamlessly access the platform.
Upon completion of the onboarding process for both clients and agents, the platform’s intuitive dashboard unveils a wealth of information presented through clear graphics and actionable call-to-actions, empowering informed decision-making. Agents gain access to their respective programs (Cash Offers or Concierge), Money Makers (time-sensitive call-to-actions to expedite real estate transactions), Contacts, On-demand Training, and more.
Within their assigned program (Cash Offers or Concierge), agents can view all registered properties, register new listings, and take action on each bid associated with each property. For individual bids, agents can access detailed information including activity, summary, business action (for initiating the next step in the process), property information, files, messages, and events.
Finally, when a user enters the platform, they are immediately presented with their property’s information and any associated bids, ensuring a streamlined and personalized experience.
